Privacy Policy

Last updated: 23 October 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how TidyRevive ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects information when you visit tidyrevive.com (the "Site") or subscribe to our email newsletter.

1. Information we collect

We keep data collection to the minimum required to run the Site and the newsletter.

Information you give us

Information collected automatically

2. How we use your information

3. What we do not do

4. Cookies

The Site itself does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may set strictly necessary security cookies. If we introduce analytics or other cookies in future, this policy will be updated first and, where required by law, consent will be requested.

5. Third-party services

The Site is hosted on Cloudflare's global network. Cloudflare processes technical request data as part of delivering the Site. If an email delivery provider is used for the newsletter, only your email address is shared with them, solely for delivery purposes.

6. Data retention

Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Server logs are retained for a short period by our hosting provider and then discarded. Emails you send us are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@tidyrevive.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in every email.

8. Children

The Site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. International transfers

Our hosting infrastructure is distributed globally, so technical data may be processed outside your country of residence. Where this happens, appropriate safeguards are used as required by applicable data protection law.

10. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, the "last updated" date at the top will change and, where appropriate, we will notify newsletter subscribers by email.
